Your morning transfer round-up for Chelsea on Saturday, December 17.
FIFA rule change
FIFA have revealed that they will be changing agent rules and it sets up a footballing landscape that could impact teams in a new way.
The market was deregulated over five years ago and has since become filled with powerful agents gathering and bringing in large commissions and fees for their work, but that will be limited after Gianni Infantino explained that new rules will be in place.
For Chelsea, this could mean that the market is 'fairer' in a sense that teams willing to pay more funds to an agent during negotiations won't have the same freedom as they currently do, therefore saving the Blues money in the long run.

There is a hitch with this though, as agents are expected to rebel against the changes and seek legal action against FIFA.

January question
Armando Broja's ACL injury has left Graham Potter in a state of flux as to how to spend funds in the January window. The Blues have two centre forwards, though Kai Havertz isn't natural, but now lack a third choice.
Another injury, this time to loanee Tino Anjorin, has seen any chances of him being recalled as an option removed from the table, and that leaves Potter almost certainly needing to find another player to buy.
Although David Fofana is now expected to join on a deal from Molde the teenager isn't necessarily going to be first-team-ready straight away. Dusan Vlahovic and Beto are two options from Serie A.

Mudryk hijack
Chelsea could be about to hijack Arsenal's move for Shakhtar Donetsk forward Mykhaylo Mudryk. The Ukrainian star has been attracting the attention of Europe's top clubs after a brilliant start to the season.
The 21-year-old has been given a huge price tag due to his form and is wanted by the Gunners to fill their attacking spot and add depth, but according to CalcioMercato the Blues have similar plans.
The Champions League outfit reportedly want £88m for his services.
