PSV Eindhoven will allow Noni Madueke to leave for Chelsea in the January transfer window, should Todd Boehly supply a significant offer. The 20-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge as work continues to enhance Graham Potter's attacking options.
football.london understands that the Blues are in talks with PSV over a deal for the winger after being impressed with his performances in the Netherlands. The former Tottenham academy ace has featured nine times for Ruud van Nistelrooy's side this term, contributing towards two goals after missing the opening weeks of the campaign with an ankle injury.
PSV are adamant they do not want to sell Madueke this month after losing Cody Gakpo to Liverpool earlier in the window. However, it's understood that, should Chelsea offer around €45million (£40m) for the 20-year-old, the Dutch giants would cash in.

Now, Dutch journalist Marco Timmer has revealed that PSV will entertain interest in Madueke should more money be put on the table. "If Chelsea add some money, PSV will proceed to sell," he told Voetbal International. "(It depends) how deep the pockets of the new owner are."
Chelsea have proved their ability to flex their financial muscles in recent weeks with the signing of Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk. The Blues were always monitoring the 22-year-old's situation amid links to Arsenal and hijacked the Gunners' move over the weekend with a £88m acquisition.
Van Nistelrooy, who has won 17 of his 28 games in charge, has already conceded that the right offer will be out of his hands to keep Madueke at the Philips Stadion. "I know there is interest," he said. "But as a coach you would rather keep your best players. Situations can arise where clubs come in with an offer that cannot be stopped."
