Chelsea have been told how to complete the signing of Anthony Gordon before the transfer window slams shut. The 21-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge as Thomas Tuchel looks to bolster his frontline.
football.london understands that the Blues are prepared to pay as much as £60million for the winger, who is determined to leave Everton this summer. It's said that the west Londoners have had several bids rejected by the Toffees and Todd Boehly is willing to do what it takes to land Gordon's signature.
The interim sporting director wants to include a handful of players in a potential deal in order to reach Everton's full valuation. It's said that Frank Lampard holds an interest in Michy Batshuyai, Armando Broja and Billy Gilmour.

According to The Athletic, Everton are aware that the Blues are ready to table a £60million bid - of which £10million is payable via add-ons. However, following a handful of unsuccessful bids, Chelsea are yet to swoop back in and table another offer for Gordon.
So, the west Londoners have been told how to finally wrap up a deal ahead of the transfer deadline on September 1. Speaking to wettfreunde, Fabrizio Romano said: "A new bid is needed if Chelsea wants to sign Anthony Gordon, and timing will be important in the next few days as Frank Lampard mentioned.
"But it is not something they can complete by the deadline day. They want to have it done before if they are going to have an agreement. So at the moment, it is complicated, let's see what Chelsea will decide to do. But as of now, it is not in the final stages or advanced."
As aforementioned, Broja has been thinly linked with joining Everton as part of a swap deal. And, Romano feels as if the striker could be the makeweight that satisfies both parties.
"There is still a gap between what Everton is asking and what Chelsea offers," the transfer expert said. "Everton would love to include some players in the deal such as Armando Broja. Thomas Tuchel is a big fan of Armando, so I am not sure that he is going to be a part of any negotiation, so at the moment it is complicated."
