Chelsea star Jessie Fleming has signed a new contract keeping her at the club until summer 2025.
The Canadian international joined Chelsea ahead of the 2020/21 season, signing her first professional contract from UCLA Bruins, a football programme at the University of California, Los Angeles. Since her arrival, Fleming has racked up a slew of club accolades, including two Women’s Super League titles, two FA Cup titles and the FA Continental League Cup.
A tenacious box-to-box midfielder capable of playing anywhere across the midfield, Fleming's versatility has proved lethal in the ever-evolving Chelsea system under Emma Hayes, making 69 club appearances - seven of which have arrived this season - and notching eight goals.

And with her initial three-year deal set to expire next summer, Fleming has committed her future with the Blues until summer 2025.
On the new contract, Fleming told Chelsea's media team : "I am so excited to be staying at Chelsea for the next few years! In Chelsea I have found a home away from home with an incredible group of staff and players.
"I will continue to give my very best to the club each and every day I am a blue."

General manager Paul Green, who has taken the on-pitch reigns since Hayes underwent an emergency hysterectomy, commented on Fleming’s signing : "We are delighted for Jessie to extend her contract with the club.
"She has been developing well over the last couple of years and we look forward to seeing her continue to improve and develop in the upcoming years."
With next summer's Women's World Cup fast approaching, Fleming will be gunning for an impressive season at club level to place her in prime position to help lead Canada to international glory following a gold medal at last year's Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Fleming, who made her senior debut at the age of 15 and became the second-youngest player to ever don the Canada shirt, has mounted a remarkable 109 international caps, with 95 starts and 19 goals for her home country.
