Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot has reportedly asked to leave the Serie A club. Chelsea, Manchester United and Newcastle are said to be interested in his services.
The long-term futures of Blues stars Jorginho and N'Golo Kante remain in doubt as things stand. Both are out of contract next summer and there have been no talks to extend their respective stays at Stamford Bridge. football.london understands that if a sizeable offer arrives for either player, Chelsea will not dismiss it. There is room to negotiate.
football.london has also been told there is genuine interest from Serie A clubs in a permanent deal for Ruben Loftus-Cheek this summer, but any transfer would require the midfielder to take a cut on his £150,000-a-week salary. The 26-year-old is also understood to be content at Chelsea and happy with his role under Thomas Tuchel.

Even though Conor Gallagher is set to be incorporated into the first team in both pre-season and the new campaign, the Blues still need to strengthen in the midfield department, especially if they wish to compete with the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for the title.
The Blues had put in years of work with Aurelien Tchouameni – stretching back to his time at Bordeaux – but were unable to progress a deal for the French midfielder after Roman Abramovich was sanctioned and that allowed Real Madrid to move ahead and complete a transfer. Declan Rice remains a Chelsea target, but David Moyes has stated it would take a bid of around £150million for the Hammers to sell the Englishman.
That means Chelsea may have to turn their attention elsewhere and one name reportedly on their wish list is Rabiot. According to L'Equipe, via GFFN, the Frenchman is determined to leave Juventus and has asked to leave the club. The Serie A side have set their asking price for the former Paris Saint-Germain man in the range of €15-20million (£13-17million), with several Premier League clubs – namely Chelsea, Manchester United and Newcastle – making their interest known.
With just one-year left on his contract, at least one club is likely to strike a deal with the Italian club over a move for Rabiot. Whether it's Chelsea remains to be seen, but it's certainly not out of the question.
