Chelsea's remaining fixtures this season with Champions League draw impact before quarter-final

Chelsea face a huge few months remaining in their season if they are to end it as strongly as they would like. The Blues have found themselves ambling towards a slow remainder of the campaign after being knocked out of the FA Cup and League Cup, while the Premier League has offered little to no joy.

The west London outfit currently sit in mid-table, meaning that a European spot is still on the cards but requires a pick up in form. Graham Potter has managed that over the past two weeks, earning three wins on the bounce to relieve some pressure and to keep the season alive.

The Champions League remains a shining light for the supporters after victory over Borussia Dortmund meant the side are in the quarter-finals. The draw takes place at midday today (Friday) and will pit the side against one of Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Napoli, AC Milan, Inter Milan and Benfica.

There will also be the draw for the semi-final shortly after, so there will be a clear idea as to which route and obstacles will have to be overcome to make it all the way to the final. This will also reflect on the remainder of the season's fixtures, with the final dates revealed for the clashes.

The first leg of the quarter-final comes after a clash away at Wolves, which may allow for some rotation within the squad, but the game after is a huge challenge at home to high-flying Brighton. There's little time for rest as the second leg is after that clash, with Manchester United away following, making for a daunting schedule.

Should the Blues manage it past that stage, the semi-finals are played in early-to-mid-May, coming up during favourable ties against Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest for leg one, but leg two is followed up by a tie away at Manchester City. If Potter manages to get through all of that, then the final takes place on June 10.

With that said, here's a look at all of Chelsea's remaining fixtures for the campaign, including their potential Champions League dates.
