Chelsea's next five Premier League fixtures compared to Liverpool, Man Utd, Spurs and Newcastle

Chelsea earned their first win in seven games on Saturday afternoon with a 1-0 victory over Leeds United. Wesley Fofana's second half header handed Graham Potter a much-needed victory amid severe pressure.

The Blues were the much better team against Javi Garcia's side, limiting the Whites to only two shots on Kepa Arrizabalaga's goal. Kai Havertz squandered a one-on-one in the first half and Joao Felix struck the crossbar in an improved performance from last week's defeat to Spurs.

Victory over Leeds doesn't do much to Chelsea's league position, they remain 10th, but it does end a torrid run that saw only two wins in 15 games. Fofana's first Premier League goal was also the club's first goal since February 11 and third in the last seven.

Next up is the second-leg of the Champions League last-16 tie versus Borussia Dortmund. Here, football.london provides you with what is coming up in the league in the next five games.

Leicester City (A) - March 11

After the visit of Dortmund to Stamford Bridge, it's back to domestic action with another former Blues figure. Brendan Rodgers, who has come under his own pressure with the Foxes this season, will be hoping to add to the misery and gloom at Stamford Bridge.

Leicester's pre-World Cup form has all but dwindled and the defeat to Southampton leaves Leicester three points off the relegation zone after four straight defeats in all competitions.

Everton (H) - March 18

Another home game against one of the Premier League's strugglers as Sean Dyche's Everton travel to Stamford Bridge fighting for their lives. Both sides are out of the FA Cup and so this clash will definitely be going ahead.

Dyche has breathed some life back into Everton's season since his appointment but they are still struggling for goals, as well as wins away from Goodison Park. Anything less than a win here is inexcusable.

Aston Villa (H) - April 1

Villa are currently placed 11th in the Premier League table, behind Chelsea on goal difference, and are seemingly safe from relegation. Unai Emery's side have undergone a typical mid-table season this term with 10 wins and 11 defeats but will be a tough opponent for Chelsea.

If the Blues have any outside chance of producing a late charge to the top four, victories in games like this must become natural under Potter.

Liverpool (H) - April 4

The first week of April provides three games in the space of a week. Liverpool will travel to Stamford Bridge on a Tuesday evening clash. The Reds, like Chelsea, have not been at their best this campaign but have won three of their previous four league games to become a contender for a top four finish.

Whilst their Champions League future looks bleak this term, Jurgen Klopp's men will provide Potter's men another tough test.

Wolves (A) - April 8

April's fixtures come thick and fast for Chelsea. Should they overcome Dortmund, the quarter-finals will take place on 11/12 and 18/19 April.

Wolves have turned their season around post-World Cup under Julen Lopetegui to add some breathing space between themselves and the bottom three. Chelsea have not won at Molineux since September 2019.

Liverpool next five fixtures:

Manchester United (H) - March 5
