It has been a frustrating transfer window for Chelsea as they have been unable to sign any new players.
With a two-window transfer ban imposed by FIFA, the Blues have had to watch on while their Premier League rivals have strengthened.
Christian Pulisic is the new incoming, having come in to the Blues in January but being on loan back at Borussia Dortmund for the rest of the 2018/19 campaign.
He is now with the squad, along with Mateo Kovacic who was able to join on a permanent basis as he was on loan last season at Stamford Bridge.
But even though the Blues weren't able to sign new players, there was still some outgoings from west London, with the biggest name being David Luiz to Arsenal on deadline day.
The initial move came as a real surprise for many but after a fall-out with the Blues, he made the switch to north London.
Of course he follows Eden Hazard out the door who made the switch to Real Madrid earlier in the transfer window.
So how does the Chelsea squad look right now?
There are still some question marks over some of the players in the squad, with the foreign transfer windows not closing until September.
