Chelsea's UEFA Women's Champions League run came to an end on Thursday evening against Barcelona as the hosts secured a 2-1 aggregate win.
It was a quiet first half at the Camp Nou as the hosts dominated proceedings but were unable to find a breakthrough. Chelsea were cautious in their approach and would've been satisfied with the 0-0 result at half time given Barcelona had the better chances.
It didn't take long in the second half for Caroline Graham Hansen to break the deadlock after the break, however, as she fired Barcelona in front and extended their aggregate lead. Chelsea, though, refused to back down as Guro Reiten pulled a goal back moments later to keep their hopes alive.

Despite a push late on from Emma Hayes' side, Chelsea were unable to find the important equaliser to take the tie to extra time and it was Barcelona who booked their place in the final for a third season in a row.
Here's how the players got on at the Camp Nou...
Ann-Katrin Berger - A crucial stop on the 15 minute mark to keep out an effort from Aitana Bonmati. Another vital save late on to keep Chelsea in it. 7.
Jess Carter - Right side of a back three and barely put a foot wrong. There to make some crucial interceptions and clearances in the first half as Barcelona looked to double their advantage. Attempted to get the touch to keep out Hansen's effort but could only turn it into the net. 7.
Melanie Leupolz - Caught in possession on occasion in her own half which is always dangerous against a side of Barcelona's calibre. 6.
Guro Reiten - Went into the book early on after a coming together, which was extremely harsh on the Norway international. Created one of Chelsea's first clear cut opportunities of the game late in the first half with a dangerous low cross into the box, but it was deflected off a defender and cleared. In the right place at the right time for a crucial goal to put the Blues back in the tie. 7.
Eve Perisset - Needed to offer more going forward. Always took the safe option and went backwards, rather than really driving at the Barcelona back line or looking for that killer pass. 6.
Magdalena Eriksson - Got away with an error in the opening 10 minutes as Hansen had the ball in the back of the net, but it was ruled out for handball. A solid enough display otherwise. 6.
Jessie Fleming - Solid game off the ball and a fantastic work rate to limit Barcelona. Broke up play extremely well in the middle of the park but needed to offer more going forward. 6.
Maren Mjelde - Another resilient display against a quality Barcelona attack. A couple of crucial blocks to ensure it wasn't a comfortable afternoon for the hosts. 6.
Sam Kerr - Didn't get on the ball enough first half to really make an impact. A few sloppy passes but had an effort saved in the second half that was pushed into the path of Reiten for the equaliser. 6.
Niamh Charles - Caught out of position at times. A tireless display, however, as she looked to get Chelsea up the pitch while also fulfil defensive duties. 6.
Erin Cuthbert - Another reliable midfield display from the Scotland international. Unleashed a shot from distance with a little over 10 minutes left to play but saw her effort comfortably saved by the goalkeeper. 6.
