Chelsea’s partner club Strasbourg are in talks to sign former Blues transfer target Arsen Zakharyan.
The 20-year-old midfielder is being offered the chance to spend a year in Ligue 1 and a pathway to Chelsea via the Boehly-Clearlake Capital multi-club system.
