Here is your Chelsea morning digest on Wednesday, April 5.
Bruno on Chelsea future
Bruno Saltor remained coy on whether he would still be Chelsea's interim coach by the time they face Wolves on Saturday. The Blues' temporary manager took charge of his first game on Tuesday evening where his side were perhaps a tad unfortunate not to have come away with maximum points against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea missed a load of golden chances against the Reds, who held out for a fourth goalless draw in a row between the two teams. Bruno faced the media after the match and was asked about his Chelsea future and whether there would be a permanent head coach in place by the time the Blues take on Wolves at the weekend. However, the Spaniard remained coy on the situation, saying: "I expect to go home, rest and focus on stuff day by day."
It was same old, same old as far as the Blues were concerned against Liverpool. Creating the chances was not the issue, the problem was converting them. Bruno said: "We created enough chances to win the game. Two were disallowed. The boys gave everything, they played with their heart and you cannot ask for more."

Zidane statement
Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has been urged to land Zinedine Zidane as next head coach to make a "statement" after dismissing Graham Potter. The latter was in charge for seven months at Stamford Bridge, but poor results have left the Blues looking for a replacement.
De Zerbi decision
One name that has cropped up in Chelsea's manager search is Brighton's Roberto De Zerbi, who has impressed with the Seagulls since taking over from Graham Potter. However, according to recent reports, the Italian is set to reject any approach to follow his predecessor to Stamford Bridge.
