Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos continued his feud with Chelsea's Mason Mount when the two sides met in midweek.
Blues manager Thomas Tuchel was unable to steer Chelsea to the Champions League final despite a win over Real but did lay out his play for Conor Gallagher next season.
The midfielder is currently on loan at Crystal Palace, where he helped guide them to the FA Cup semi-final.

Kroos continues Mount feud
Real Madrid and Germany midfielder Kroos appeared to mock Chelsea's Mount during their Champions League fixture in midweek.
The Blues beat Madrid on the night but lost 5-4 on aggregate and during the game, Kroos was spotted making a salute gesture, something Mount has done when scoring. A feud between the two started when they met last season in the European competition.
Tuchel's Gallagher plan
Chelsea manager Tuchel is confident Gallagher can be a part of his first-team squad next season.
Gallagher is currently on loan with Crystal Palace, the Blues' opponents on Sunday in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley. Gallagher will not be allowed to play in the fixture due to the terms of the loan agreement.
Tuchel recently spoke highly of the midfielder: "He was a pleasure to coach in pre-season – he has so much positive energy, energy in general, and such work rate to give that he can have a big influence.
Werner challenged
Werner's recent form has given manager Tuchel a selection headache ahead of the FA Cup semi-final.
Werner has taken his chance in recent weeks with summer signing Romelu Lukaku not only out of the side due to form but injured as well. The German forward has three goals in his last two games and could have had more in the 6-0 win over Southampton, where he scored a brace.
Tuchel has instructed his compatriot to keep firing in front of goal.
