There is a feeling of a calm before the storm at Chelsea.
With the club's ownership status seemingly settled, there is expected to be a lot of movement at Stamford Bridge going into the new season. But as of yet, there are no signs of any major incoming or outgoing transfers - aside from those long in the pipeline.
Manager Thomas Tuchel will no doubt be keen to get on with strengthening his squad. Not only have Manchester City and Liverpool strengthened their rosters with expensive new forward acquisitions, Tottenham are also making some early forays into the market.

Should Chelsea keep faith with Romelu Lukaku for another season? Let us know in the comments section below!
Lukaku to make early return
According to reports, Romelu Lukaku will return to Chelsea early this summer in an attempt to sort out his future.
The forward was expected to provide a huge injection of goals last season after he rejoined the club from Inter Milan for a club-record fee. However, after a strong start to the campaign Lukaku's form dropped off significantly and he ended the season a long way down Tuchel's pecking order.
As a result, there has been speculation about a possible move back to Inter after just one season, although the Serie A side are said to be unsure as to whether they can afford the £20 million it would take the Belgium international on loan.
"The attraction of a return to London could be a change to sit down with Todd Boehly and try to resolve the impasse with Thomas Tuchel, who fell out with his star striker over an interview in which he questioned the tactics of the Chelsea manager," wrote Matthew Dunn. "Since then an uneasy calm has settled it is certainly the first diplomatic crisis the new consortium have walked into."

Chelsea encouraged to close gap
Last season it looked initially as though Chelsea would be able to live with the pace set by Liverpool and Manchester City, before they faded away in the title race.
Worryingly for the Blues, while they have lost a key player in Antonio Rudiger, Liverpool and City have strengthened.
The Reds confirmed the signing of Darwin Nunez from Benfica on Tuesday, while Erling Haaland is already a Manchester City player. It means two of the most prolific attacks in the division will have even more strings to their bow next season.
"Chelsea are also struggling to avoid falling further behind City and Liverpool and they need to rebuild their defence following the exits of Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen and Marcos Alonso," wrote David Anderson.
"They also have the £97million problem of Romelu Lukaku to resolve and does Thomas Tuchel cut his losses or try again with him?"
