Chelsea handed window of opportunity
Real Madrid have gifted Chelsea a window of opportunity to salvage a deal for Aurelien Tchouameni. The Spanish giants have already made an offer of €70million (£59.5m) to Monaco for the 22-year-old, according to Sky Italia.
However, Fabrizio Romano has outlined that the French outfit are demanding at least €80 million (£68m) for the midfielder's services, meaning that there remains a €10million (£8.5m) disparity to be met.

Liverpool and Chelsea have both each been credited with interest in Tchouameni this season, handing the two sides a window of opportunity. football.london understand that Chelsea have spent more time watching the France international than any other club, following strong interest at the start of the season.
Thomas Tuchel's side opted against signing the Frenchman in the summer because the club felt as if the midfielder could have done with another 12 months of development, as per The Athletic.
Man United consider shock Kante bid
Manchester United have registered an interest in N'Golo Kante, according to The Guardian. The report claims that United are eager to find out whether the France international could be sold this summer, with his contract at Stamford Bridge expiring next year.
Though, it's believed that the west Londoners are reluctant to sell the midfielder, who is a favourite of Tuchel. The 31-year-old featured 42 times for the Blues this season, but a growing injury record has hampered his ability to reach the heights he once relished.
Chelsea confident about Dembele deal
Ousmane Dembele could be Todd Boehly's first signing at Chelsea after the American billionaire's consortium reached a definitive agreement to complete its £4.25billion takeover from Roman Abramovich. This is because Tuchel's side are 'quietly confident' of striking an agreement for the 24-year-old's signature this summer, according to 90min.
The Barcelona winger is set to become a free agent next month once his contract at the Camp Nou expires, and the west Londoners are among several sides loitering ready to secure his services. Dembele was put up for sale in January due to his wage demands; football.london understand that Chelsea were monitoring the France international's situation — but so were Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
