Madueke message
Noni Madueke, who was speaking to Sky Sports after Chelsea's 1-1 draw with Newcastle United, shared his excitement about working with Mauricio Pochettino. He said: "I think he is a good manager.
"He has been in big places around the world and he was a great success in the Premier League. I am looking forward to working with and learning from him."
Madueke was also asked about what the side need to do to make sure the above does happen. He replied: "Just cohesion and pulling in the right direction. I think next season we need to go back to basics. The new manager needs to come in and everyone needs to get behind him in training for him and Chelsea to be successful and there’s no reason why we can’t be with the talent in his squad."

Pochettino puts pen to paper
According to the Daily Telegraph, Pochettino has now signed a contract to become Chelsea's new manager. The length of his deal is yet to be revealed after an initial agreement was reached earlier this month.

Ugarte verdict
Ruben Amorim has already admitted it will be hard for Sporting CP to hold onto Manuel Ugarte this summer with several clubs across Europe considering bids. The 22-year-old has a £52million release clause in his contract which PSG and Chelsea are willing to match, according to the Express.
"I cannot comment on this issue, because it is beyond me. Now, we know that it is difficult to keep players like Ugarte," Amorim told Ojogo. "Not just one club is interested, but several.
"Our objective is to sell, knowing that we missed the Champions League and it makes everything more difficult. I know what I want for the team and I have already conveyed that to the management."
