Chelsea fans be keeping their fingers crossed that the club are able to put together a huge summer as Thomas Tuchel will look to continue to build his squad in the hopes to be able to compete with Man City and Liverpool next season.
The Blues will almost certainly finish in the top four despite a colossal wobble this past month, with Arsenal potentially taking third place should results not go Chelsea's way. Coupled with Tottenham and Man United's inability to capitalise on rare Chelsea slips, Tuchel's side should secure a Champions League spot.
With new centre-backs, a midfielder and a striker on the radar for the soon to be newly formed Blues board, which could contain Marina Granovskaia still, a number names are hot on the agenda of the club and football.london takes a look at latest rumours:

Chelsea 'leading Darwin Nunez race'
According to The Athletic, Chelsea, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are 'leading the race' for Nunez ahead of the summer window. It is suggested that Benfica are open to a sale but ideally wants a deal wrapped up sooner rather than later so that they can sign a replacement.
The Uruguayan striker has scored 26 goals this season with only Robert Lewandowski, Karim Benzema, Mo Salah and Christopher Nkunku scoring more than him this season.
Romelu Lukaku is being linked with a move away from Chelsea after a nightmare season since his big money move from Inter. Nunez would likely cost around £75 million.
Christopher Nkunku could be part of double deal
Chelsea have now emerged as an option for RB Leipzig star Christopher Nkunku with Tuchel reportedly interested. That's according to Sky Germany who state the Blues are also keen on the 24-year-old attacker who has been in sensational form this season - scoring 34 goals and adding 20 assists in all competitions.
The player’s current deal runs down in 2024 and does not include any release clause. The German club, for their part, have no intention to sell their prized asset in the summer and have offered him a new contract.
Chelsea have also been credited with an interest in the France international’s club teammate, Josko Gvardiol, and a double deal could potentially be on the cards.
