Chelsea fans have a wild theory that Todd Boehly is lining-up a move to replace Graham Potter with Germany national team head coach Hansi Flick.
The Blues returned to Premier League action after two weeks last night but failed to make ground on their top four rivals with a 0-0 draw with Fulham. January signings Mykhailo Mudryk, Enzo Fernandez and Benoit Badiashile all started from the off whilst Noni Madueke made his debut after coming on at half-time.
Potter's mixed start in charge in west London has continued, with only one win in the previous seven in all competitions. The stalemate with their London rivals means the Blues are now nine points behind Manchester United and Newcastle in the race for top four.

The board have reiterated their faith in Potter beyond the current campaign, despite some troubling opening months in charge. However, supporters have sparked a theory of their own regarding the 47-year-old's future at Stamford Bridge.
Flick was pictured in attendance at Stamford Bridge yesterday alongside a club official. The former Bayern Munich head coach was at last season's 1-0 defeat to Manchester City to monitor his German figures who were in action - Timo Werner, Ilkay Gundogan, Kai Havertz and Antonio Rudiger.
The 57-year-old has been the Germany head coach since 2021 but his future was placed in doubt after their disappointing World Cup campaign. Flick comes with much pedigree winning two Bundesliga titles, the Champions League, DFB-Pokal and FIFA Club World Cup.
However, in yesterday's fixture, Havertz was the only German in action and supporters have speculated that he is in line to be Potter's successor should the Englishman fail to achieve success at the club. Here's what some of them have had to say on social media...
@EbereCFC: Yo!! Hansi Flick was in our match last night. If you think he came to watch Havertz, u must be a joker. What are they cooking behind the scene this time?
@Iimocfc: Hansi Flick was at Stamford bridge yesterday, he is sending us signs, i hope Todd is getting the signs/
@Ayize011: I DON'T REALLY KNOW HOW YOU WILL THINK ABOUT THIS, BUT HANSI FLICK IS CFC NEXT MANAGER, I SEE NO REASON FOR HIM BEEN IN CONVERSATION WITH A CHELSEA OFFICIAL IN STAMFORD BRIDGE.
@Amirulsimps: Hansi Flick to take over after the Euros.
@sports_yeller: Hansi Flick to Chelsea, Potter to England, Tuchel to Germany. LET'S GO.
@BluesSW6: We need an elite coach, Hansi Flick would be perfect for the job and a long-term project.
@Eleniyan93: But why is Hansi Flick at the stadium yesterday???….Boehly should just act accordingly.
@DebbyChelsea10: Hansi Flick was in attendance today, maybe to replace Potter.
@23nerdTom: AGAIN, What was hansi flick actually doing at stamford bridge guys? Potter's days are numbered, feel like he has 5 games max to show what he's left of him. Let's see how it goes.
