Brighton star Moises Caicedo has broken his silence over a potential transfer exit in the January transfer window. It comes as Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have all been linked with a move for the Ecuadorian international after an impressive run of performances in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old midfielder has been viewed as an option for the future, with the Blues in desperate need of a midfield addition due to a number of key players reaching the end of their contract or beyond their peak years. Graham Potter coached Caicedo during his time at Brighton and a reunion could be on the cards.
Arsenal are also in need of competition in their central ranks, while Liverpool are in a similar situation to Chelsea when it comes to their midfield. "Since he came to the Premier League, he has developed all the time," Brighton chief Paul Barber told CBS Sport on an exit for Caicedo.

"He's a young man with a great attitude, fantastic work ethic and a very nice human being off the pitch. So all those things contribute to the value of a footballer should it come to that moment to sell.”
While a large offer could change that stance, the midfielder has had his own say on a switch when discussing interest with the official Brighton website. "I am here, I’m playing every day. Things from outside don’t trouble me, nor does it take that focus away because I’m focussed only on here.
"I handle [the speculation] well. You hear rumours here and there, but I only try to be focused on the club where I am now, the club which opened the doors for me to be playing every week."
It remains to be seen if things will change in the next week of transfer action, but it could see a huge shift in Caicedo's future, with plenty of big clubs following a move.
