Chelsea are expected to kick-start their summer transfer activity once a few exits have been finalised.
Hakim Ziyech, Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly are on the brink of leaving the club with Saudi Arabian sides reportedly keen on making a move for the trio.
With Mauricio Pochettino set to join the Blues on July 1, the club's sporting directors have already sealed their first arrival of the summer with Christopher Nkunku's signing officially confirmed on Tuesday.
The Blues are being linked with a clutch of players now that the summer transfer window is officially open. football.london has taken a look at the latest reports and rumours with context added as Chelsea look to mould the squad in Pochettino's image ahead of the Argentine's arrival into the club.
Blues 'interested' in Bremer transfer
Chelsea have been linked with a move for Juventus centre-back Gleison Bremer, with Italian media outlet Calciomercato reporting that Manchester United and Chelsea are 'particularly interested' in the 26 year-old. It is being reported that Bremer will cost around £51million ($67million) with the defender retaining his value despite a pretty dreadful season for Juve.
football.london says: It's no surprise to see Chelsea being linked with a centre-back as Koulibaly edges closer to a move to Saudi Arabia. With Wesley Fofana hit with injury issues in his debut season at Chelsea and Thiago Silva approaching the twilight of his career, Bremer could be an option for Chelsea.

Ronaldo desire revealed amid triple deal
The Guardian reports that Chelsea and Al-Nassr have entered talks over a Stanford Bridge departure for Ziyech, with the Moroccan keen to play with Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi.
It is also being claimed that Al-Hilal are nearing an agreement for a £25.5m ($33m) move for Koulibaly and Al-Ahli are in the box seat to sign Mendy.
football.london says: Chelsea have stumbled upon an ideal situation for moving on their unwanted players, with the Saudi clubs paying over the odds to try and add Premier League quality to their teams.
What is not a surprise is the desire for players to go and play with Ronaldo or Karim Benzema, which in Ziyech's case could be behind a move to Saudi.
