Chelsea advised to make Ousmane Dembele transfer decision as Richarlison links emerge

Now that the transfer window is officially open, rumours and transfer links continue to circle. A number of transfers have already been completed with some of Europe's top talents available in the transfer market.

For Chelsea, there are a number of high-profile players linked with a switch to the Stamford Bridge as Thomas Tuchel looks to freshen up his squad. The German is expected to be backed by new owner Todd Boehly following the completion of a £4.25billion takeover of the club.

The Blues secured Champions League football with a top four finish last season and narrowly missed out on both domestic cups, despite winning the UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup. With that said, here’s a look at the latest rumours linking players to the club.

Richarlison

According to 90min, Chelsea have been in contact with Everton regarding a transfer move for Brazilian forward Richarlison.

football.london understands that the Everton attacker is a player that Spurs' managing director of football Fabio Paratici is a fan of but indications within Spurs are that nothing is happening right now with regard to making a move for the Everton attacker.

Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid are all rumoured to be interested in making a move for the 25-year-old this summer with Everton in need of a financial boost.

Milan Skriniar

Inter defender Milan Skriniar has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this summer after the Blues have already confirmed the departure of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Paris Saint-Germain have contacted Inter again for Milan Skriniar, he’s top of French club list - but there’s no agreement on the fee, as of now.
