A chef has been praised by thousands of people after he called out a rich diner who he says disrespected a member of staff at his restaurant - and gave back a large sum of money to the punter.
Lee Skeet returned a whopping £1,000 to the diner after the incident happened, although he kept £100 for the front-of-house member of staff who suffered from the inappropriate behaviour from the diners party. Despite the bill being the largest that his restaurant had ever received, he has banned the diner from coming back to his restaurant ever again.
Taking to Twitter to share the situation with his followers, he made it clear he was not retelling the incident for "clout" or "likes". Instead, he said: "I just think we should start calling out rich people who think they can treat people like crap."

Lee, who owns Cora in Cardiff and according to CornwallLive has previously worked for celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing, shared images from the email that he had sent to the rude diner. Although he kept the name of the person hidden, he made his feelings towards his behaviours clear.
He wrote: "Dear ****, I wanted to firstly thank you for choosing my restaurant for your meal tonight, and I understand you had the biggest bill we've ever had on one table here. Unfortunately throughout the evening I was made aware that your party's behaviour was inappropriate."
Lee goes onto explain how the 22-year-old was talked down to, disrespected and touched unwantedly by members of the person's group. He continued: "I have spent the last hour having conversations with her that break my heart, make me feel like a s**t employer and a terrible dad having my own daughter.
"Please provide your bank details and I will refund your entire bill of £1,000 minus £100 that I believe you should have tipped, as you left no tip. I would thank you to never come back to my restaurant.
"Our staff mean a lot more to me than money. I also think you should assess the people you surround yourself with."
Following the tweet, people including celebrity TV and radio host and restaurant critic Jay Rayner have praised the chef highly for calling out the rude diner. Jay wrote: "Huge respect for Lee Skeet for this."
It is not the only praise that Lee has received after sharing the email images. The tweet has been retweeted more than 2,000 times, had 19.9k likes and 296 quote retweets.
