An Edinburgh chef has notched up millions of views on social media videos filming himself making masterpiece oriental dishes in 60 seconds - and even less.
Chef Jimmy Lee is a rising star on TikTok - with social media fans flocking to view his minute-long cooking clips.

The gifted cook is the man behind Leith Woks booth at St James Quarter's Bonnie & Wild marketplace - as well as a couple of Salt & Chilli Oriental restaurants in Glasgow.
In one video with 8.1 million views, Jimmy made an outstanding Chicken Fried Rice in just 60 seconds, mesmerising viewers with his wok-wielding skills while casually sipping a T.
Showcasing great skill and talent, the chef has recipes ranging from sweet & sour chicken to chilli garlic haggis on his page and is not afraid to mix in some humour in too.
In another video, the chef hits back at one social media user who had a pop at one of his fans asking: "You want a photo with a fast food worker? What's wrong with you?"
The clip showed a series of pictures of Jimmy posing with some huge celebrity personalities, like comedians Kevin Bridges and Jack Whitehall and a British adventurer Ant Middleton. Jimmy said: "Nothing wrong with getting your picture taken with a fast food worker, mate."
Specialising in oriental cuisine, Jimmy Lee is a well-regarded chef with numerous awards and achievements. He was named the Chef Personality of the Year at the Scottish Food Awards in 2018 and took on judging duties at Channel 4's My Kitchen Rules.
