Nothing quite beats a full fry-up on a weekend morning (or when you're in need of a treat) - but as the cost of living continues to soar, many of us will be looking to keep an eye on our spending.
Fortunately, consumer finance experts at CashLady.com have investigated the prices of key fry-up ingredients at nine leading supermarkets to help consumers get the best deal on the beloved full breakfast.

The supermarkets were then ranked from one to nine in terms of their value for money, with one being the cheapest and nine the most expensive.
The items included in the 'full breakfast' are enough to feed a family of four, and consist of:
Eggs
Bacon
Beans
A loaf of bread
Black pudding
Hash browns
Ketchup
Brown sauce
Tinned tomatoes
Mushrooms
Although we'd argue that there should be square sausage and tattie scones on that list!
The results concluded that Asda is the cheapest place to source your fry-up essentials, costing just £6.70 in total - that’s £1.68 per person and beats the likes of both Aldi and Lidl.
This is less than half the cost of a full English shop at the likes of M&S and Waitrose - the most expensive fry-up staples can be found at the Co-op, where your breakfast will set you back a whopping £15.75.
