A petrol station is currently selling fuel for 20 cent cheaper than the national average - and it could be the most cost-effective place to fill up in Ireland.
Drivers feeling the pinch this winter amid sky-high fuel prices and the cost of living crisis might want to head to Emo Mount Brown in Kilmainham, Dublin, which is bucking the trend with low charges at the pumps.
The petrol station is currently selling petrol for 149.9 cent a litre, making it a whopping 20 cent cheaper than the current national average of 170.6, according to globalpetrolprices.com.

The next cheapest petrol stations in Ireland are Applegreen Sallins Road in Naas, Applegreen Newry Road in Dundalk, Topaz Bond Drive Extension in Dublin 3 and Kylemore Road in Ballyfermot. All are selling petrol for 155.8 cent a litre.
For diesel drivers, Topaz Bray Rd in Cabinteely - both southbound and northbound - is selling diesel for 149.8 cent a litre.
A number of other petrol stations are selling diesel for 151.9 cent a litre. These are Topaz Westbound N4 in Mullingar, Emo Mount Brown in Kilmainham, Top Ballyforan in Ballinasloe, Independent Knockmore in Mayo, Circle K Athlone Road in Roscommon, Maxol Racecourse Road in Roscommon and Topaz Racecourse Road in Roscommon.
These petrol station prices are from pumps.ie and are submitted by the public. Motorists are advised to call the station directly to confirm the latest price.
Earlier this year, drivers were hit with prices as high as 228.9 cent per litre with providers blaming the crisis in Ukraine and soaring costs of production as the main factor.
With the cost of living crisis affecting many Irish households in the lead up to Christmas, it will be welcome news to motorists that prices appear to have stabilised.
