Cheapest houses currently on the market in Bristol

While the rental and sale markets are higher than normal with the cost of living crisis, there are still some bargains on the market. For those looking to buy their first home or looking for something new, here are a few of the most affordable houses for sale in Bristol.

With more people working from home properties a little further out are becoming more popular, but you can still find some properties within a short distance of the city centre that are slightly more affordable and give you a lot more space than a city centre flat for the same price.

Across the country we are seeing house prices falling, but experts have warned not to expect them to fall too far, as the lack of supply will support the sellers' market. So if you are looking to buy, and see somewhere you like, don't wait for prices to fall too much further.
