Cheap flights from Leeds Bradford Airport for a bargain summer holiday

Leeds Bradford Airport is offering a number of last-minute deals on flights abroad. It means those looking to get away can enjoy a bargain holiday if they are prepared to jet off at short notice.

There are a number of bargains to be had. We’ve searched Skyscanner to find the best deals with flights leaving from Leeds Bradford Airport.

Perhaps predictably, Spain comes in top for the cheapest deal. But there is a destination a little further afield too.

Reus, Spain - Seven nights - July 29 to August 5

Reus is the capital of Baix Camp, in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia, Spain. One and a half hours away from Barcelona, it is described as a hidden gem - with some of Spain’s most beautiful beaches.

According to Skyscanner, there is a return flight from Leeds Bradford to Reus from £77 per adult. It is with Ryanair, with the outbound flight FR3577 leaving on Friday, July 29 at 3.10pm and arriving in Spain at 6.35pm.

The return flight FR3578 seven days later, on Friday, August 5, leaves Reus at 7pm and arrives back at 20.25. With hotels around £70 a night, a holiday for two adults for seven nights would cost around £650.

Zadar, Croatia - Seven nights - July 26 to August 2

Zadar, a city on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, is known for the Roman and Venetian ruins of its peninsular Old Town. It lets you avoid the crowds in Split and Dubrovnik, instead giving you quiet beaches, stunning sunsets and national parks.

According to Skyscanner, there is a return flight from Leeds Bradford to Zadar for £75 per adult. It is again with Ryanair, with the outbound flight FR3575 departing on Tuesday, July 26 at 7.00am and arriving in Croatia at 10.40am.

The return flight FR3576, a week later on Tuesday, August 2, leaves Zadar at 11.05am and arrives back at 12.45pm. According to Skyscanner, the price for an average three-star hotel is around £115 a night, so a holiday for two adults for seven nights would be around £1,000.

Palma, Spain - 11 nights - July 31 to August 11

Palma is the economic and cultural hub of Mallorca, renowned for its gold and white beaches. A former Moorish casbah, its Old Town is described as a maze of narrow streets that are a delight to explore.

According to Skyscanner, there is a return flight available from Leeds Bradford to Palma de Mallorca from £70 per adult. It is with Ryanair, with flight FR2325 leaving at 8.55pm on Sunday, July 31 - arriving in Spain at 12.30am.

The return flight FR2327, on Thursday, August 11, leaves Palma at 6.35am and arrives at Leeds Bradford at 8.15am. Accommodation is more expensive in Mallorca, with hotels available for around £150 a night, meaning a holiday for two adults for 11 nights would be around £1,900.
