Scotland striker Che Adams insists it would be a huge honour for him if he could break Denis Law's 64-year-old record after the in-form hitman continued his recent good form.
Adams scored his ninth goal of the season at the weekend in a 2-2 draw with Parma, with eight of those coming in Serie A.
It means he is just one goal behind the late legendary Law, who scored ten goals in one season for Torino during his short spell in Italy in the 1960/61 season.
And Adams admitted he would love to break the record of Law as the top-scoring Scot in Serie A. Scotland's only Ballon d'Or passed away in January aged 84.

Adams said: "Denis Law was a great player and he is an important part of Torino's history.
"I've heard about his record and to surpass his number of goals would be a great achievement for me.
"I'm still not close to my personal goalscoring record for a season, but I'm getting closer.
"Serie A is more complicated than I thought. This league is very defensive and the opponents are tough in marking players.
"But I'm very happy with my goalscoring record so far."
Adams will be looking to add to his six goals in 35 appearances for Scotland in the Nations League relegation play-offs with Greece later this month.
