Charlotte Dawson has given fans a glimpse inside the fancy new house she shares with fiancé Matt Sarsfield and son Noah.
The daughter of comedy legend Les Dawson revealed they had finally got the keys to their ‘house of dreams’ on Tuesday.
Charting their progress on Instagram, Charlotte shared renovation works on their huge home started over a year ago.
Stand out features a huge open plan kitchen with sky lights and an island, which leads out on to a patio and garden area.
And visitors are already making use of the snooker table in the kitchen/dining area as they helped Charlotte settle into her new pad in Lancashire.

Taking to Instagram to share her good news, 30-year-old Charlotte couldn’t contain her excitement as she told her 1.3 million followers: “Darlings, we are at our new house!”
Pulling up outside, she shared a cute picture of her and Matt at the front door and more snaps with pals inside the kitchen.
“Make sure you’re all following the @thedawsysarsyway because I’m going to do a little house tour, and I’m going to talk you through what we’re going to do so you can see the house in all its glory.
“Oh my God, we’re here. I can’t believe it. I’m so excited!”
Sharing a funny video as she walked inside, Charlotte said ‘home sweet home’.
Turning to the camera she joked: “Welcome to our chuffin’ crib.”
The move comes just two weeks after Charlotte celebrated her 30th birthday with a lavish bash in the Lake District.
The former Celebs Go Dating star looked amazing as she posed in a black swimsuit holding little Noah.
It comes after she shared she had lost an incredible 3.5 stone since having her little one in January 2021.
Alongside the snaps, Charlotte penned: "Had the best birthday in my fave place. So special being here with Noah, swipe to see me here 2 years ago preggo with cherub in my belleh in the exact same spot in the same outfit on my birthday.
'Massive thank you to the fabulous @lakeshotelandspa for making it extra special for me..
"Honestly overwhelmed with all the stories messages off you all, will try get back to you all over next few days."
The mum-of-one previously admitted that she 'went through hell' in order to shed a staggering amount of weight in just a matter of months.
She explained that she felt like a prisoner in own body before making the decision to overhaul her lifestyle, start working out, and changing her diet for the better.
"My health was really not in a good place at all - mentally or physically but I just couldn’t get motivated to do anything about it.
"It took that warning from the doctor - telling me I was in the diabetes danger zone - to get my act together and start doing something about it."
