Fans of Charlotte Dawson have congratulated the star after she shared side-by-side before and after shots on Instagram to unveil her impressive three stone weight loss.
The 29-year-old, who rose to fame after appearing on MTV 's Ex On The Beach said she had to lose "some serious timber" as she was "on the verge" of diabetes after giving birth to son Noah, who is now one.
Both snaps showed Charlotte posing at the foot of a staircase in her underwear, with the star emphasising she had been happy when both photos were taken, but that she was a lot healthier in the second one.
Addressing her 1.3 million followers on the social media platform, she said: "I know a lot of people can carry extra weight and not have it threaten their health, but sadly for me that wasn't the case.
"Am sorry if that upsets anyone but it's just a fact for me," she said. "I was on the verge of Type 2 diabetes after having my beautiful baby boyo and so I had to lose some serious timber to keep the doctors off my back.
"Thankfully I was able to do it without starving myself or over doing it in the gym. I've been helped by some amazing people and found a way that helped me lose over 3 Stone and still eat all the sexeh grub I love. Plus I got to dance round my front room and have a right laff [sic] with my lovely Mrs Motivator."
Numerous fans were quick to congratulate as one said: "You have done so well and are inspiring so many people!"
Another added: "You look stunning in both pics, but good for you for prioritising your health and well-being. What an inspiration."
A third responded: "You have worked so hard and you look amazing. I bet you have heaps more energy now as well."
Last month the star revealed the heartbreaking news she had suffered a miscarriage after discovering she was expecting her second child on Mothers' Day.
In a message to fans - who had been worried about her absence from social media - she wrote: "Unfortunately I've suffered with a miscarriage. Obviously our families and close friends have known about me being pregnant, but didn't announce anything until I got further down the line. I was so excited to share our happy news with you all.
"Noah’s little brother or little sister, as you can imagine Matthew and I were absolutely over the moon our little family was going to be growing. I also found out on Mothers' Day, which was just so special. But sometimes it's just not meant to be, I really thought it was, but it just wasn't this time. Miscarriages are so common and not spoke about enough."
