Charlotte Crosby looked stronger than ever as she hit the gym for a late-night workout joking it was because it was the only cool place amid the ongoing high temperatures and sunny weather.
The former Geordie Shore star took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday evening (June 15) and shared a clip where she could be sat on a piece of gym equipment while looking at herself in the mirror and holding up a peace sign with her fingers.
"Little evening session in the gym tonight as it's the only place with aircon," she typed alongside the boomerang video alongside a string of hot face emojis to sum up how she - and many of us across the country was feeling.

She then continued to share clips from her trip to the gym with her taking to the mat to lift weights. Charlotte, who gave birth to her first child back in October, sported a khaki green sports brad with matching, lighter-coloured leggings.
The new mum looked strong as she got stuck into her bicep curls as she spoke about how she's been using her own Blitz 'N' Burn programme to get back into her fitness after having a baby. "8 months of @blitznburn, all at my own pace!" she typed.
"Inbetween working and being a mother. Dipping in and out of our challenges and programmes. I'm over the moon with my progress! Slow and steady wins the race guys. Her last clip showed her still going with the weights as her toned torso came on display.
"This was an absolute BURNER. I needed to compose myself. My shoulder were on FIRE," she shared. Charlotte took so time out to herself after gushing over her baby daughter, Alba Jean, as she marked eight months since welcoming her into the world with partner Jake Ankers.
Sharing a sweet picture of the family-of-three with her 8.7 million followers, Charlotte typed: "Dreams really do come true. These two are my life, my absolute world both of them. Happy 8 months to our Alba Jeanie."
She wnt on to sweetly share: "Having a family of my own and a forever love is all I’ve ever dreamed of. I love you so much @jake_ankers thankyou for everything you do for us!" Jake was quick to respond to the post, writing in the comments "8 months!!!! Time really is flying. I love to the both of you so much and love creating memories with the pair of you."
Charlotte also shared a heart-melting black and white video to her Instagram Story of her and Alba lying on the bed enjoying a giggle together. "Alba you're 8 months today, 8 months of our love and happiness," the 33-year-old shared.
"I can't believe how many adventures we've already been on ALREADY. All around the world. Memories you won't remember but I forever will. And we still have a full lifetime to make even more. Forever and ever my girl. Mama and Dada gunna make sure life is nothing short of magical because life is far too precious bto be lived anything but magically."
