Charlotte Crosby Calls Aussie Shore Cast ‘Next Level’: ‘Probably Pissing In Each Other’s Mouths’

Aussie Shore Charlotte Crosby interview cast

For all those legacy Geordie Shore and Jersey Shore lovers, there’s a new Aussie version in town, and it’s BONKERS. I mean it!!! Shore Queen Charlotte Crosby herself has spilled the tea, and confirmed that Aussie Shore is “100 times wilder” than the OG. Strap in, you’re in for a ride.

In the first two episodes, there’s talks of drinking each other’s urine, a sad case of whiskey dick and Charlotte loses her shit when she discovers dental dams. It’s exactly what you expect when chucking 10 horny Aussie singletons into a party house together with a shit-load of booze. Reality TV perfection, really.

Charlotte was stunned by some of the antics the cast got up to, saying her “mouth was just open in shock” while she was on set.

“Oh my god, it’s so much wilder, like whatever you saw on Geordie Shore expect to see 100 times wilder,” she tells PEDESTRIAN.TV.

“There’s just things that go on in that show that would never have happened in Geordie Shore, never, never in a million years.”

When I mention the scenes where the housemates pee on each other before talking about drinking urinated water to House Boss Charlotte, she is genuinely gobsmacked. Me too, Charlotte, me too. But hey, at least they’re enjoying themselves!

“What do you mean?! Like they’ve weed in the pool and now they’re drinking it?” she asks.

“I don’t know whether they’ve done that on purpose. Was that an accident? Wouldn’t put it past [them]… they’re probably pissing in each other’s mouths, if I’m honest. Wouldn’t put it past [them]. They are just next level.”

The housemates in question include an “Aussie version of Cardi B”, Catia, passive-aggressive queen Nardos who isn’t afraid to call others “trashy” and “not as hot” as herself, flirtatious Lily who is obsessed with getting her tits out, along with reality TV darling Callum Hole, wet blanket horndog Tom and “impulsive-shit stirrer” Manaaki. I love each and every one of them already.

Charlotte reckons the reason Aussie Shore works so well is because the cast is relatable and in some ways, isn’t too different to the Geordie Shore cast.

“[Aussies and Geordies are] very similar in a way that we just like to have fun, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, like we can get really wild,” she explains.

“I think we’re very similar, and that’s why Geordie Shore worked so well in Australia, because people could relate.”

The show is filled with shock moments, plenty of nudity (it’s on Paramount+ so they don’t have to censor it), and hilarious situations. But at the same time, it’s always the love stories that get you really hooked.

For a while, you couldn’t mention Charlotte without Gary Beadle. They were the definition of a toxic relationship, yet you always wanted Charlotte to somehow get her happy ending. So, is there going to be an Aussie version of Charlotte and Gaz?

“There [are] relationships that form, and there’s one that kind of lasts the whole series,” Charlotte spills.

“I suppose it is a little bit like… me and Gary or Vicky and Ricky… [but] I don’t know how it’s going to progress.

“I didn’t feel like it was exactly the same, but it was going that way… you [will] have to watch [and] see for yourself!”

Aussie Shore premieres on Paramount+ on October 3.
