Charlotte Church 's Dream Build is returning, and the new season will be on screen pretty soon. The property series, which follows the Welsh singer as she transforms the former home of fashion designer Laura Ashley into a retreat, first aired in January 2022.
In July, Charlotte delighted fans by confirming the Really and Discovery+ programme would be returning for a second series, and now the 36-year-old has confirmed the start date.
Posting on Instagram, Charlotte shared a teaser and wrote: "Mark your calendars lovelies! Dream Build returns next Wednesday on @reallytvchannel & @discoveryplusuk, and I'm so excited to show you how everything's turned out! Who’ll be tuning in?"

It means the air date for the second series will be on Wednesday, October 5 . In the teaser trailer, Charlotte tells viewers: "It's been over a year since I found this old house and I had a dream of turning what once was an unloved shell into a lush healing retreat."
A voiceover then asks: "Are Charlotte's building dreams about to hit a brick wall?" before the clip shows the team getting stuck into work as a stressed Charlotte says: "We're trying to do everything all at once." At the end of the teaser clip, the singer tells the cameras: "Considering we're three months from opening, it is crunch time."
The first series saw Charlotte's raw and honest account of the renovation process. Reflecting on her journey in the final episode of the first season, Charlotte said: "The start of this project - the naivety, the hope, the dreams that I had at the beginning just seem very... um, I feel a lot older and I feel a bit more jaded, just because I do feel like it's taken a lot out of me and I am really learning at a rate of knots.
"I do feel like it's been a slog, it hasn't all been fairies and daisies and woodland walks, I think it's been a bit of a slog for me."
She added: "We are creating something really special here with some really amazing people and whether we like it or not, it is a healing journey already and sometimes it's very challenging and it's confrontational but it's also a complete privilege."
