Charlotte Chilton has returned to social media days after Conor Maynard said a paternity test had proven he was not the father of her baby.
The Traitors star Chilton, 32, shocked fans last year when she announced Maynard, also 32, was the father of her “miracle” baby, Penelope. However, the Can’t Say No singer has constantly denied being the child’s father.
After months of dodging the issue, Maynard took to social media last week on Friday to issue a statement revealing he had taken a test which confirmed he had not fathered the little girl.
Chilton took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday and chose to completely ignore Maynard’s claims by simply posting a picture of her daughter.

The accompanying caption read: "Those eyelashes!" followed by a heart-eye emoji.
Meanwhile, friends of Chilton say she’s “bitterly disappointed” by the paternity test results and they claim she still believes he is the father.
They told The Sun: “She is bitterly disappointed about the results and her legal team are looking into how they move forward to ensure Conor takes a second test. It's been an exhausting fight between them.”
Explaining how Maynard has distanced himself from Chilton since she went public with her pregnancy, they continued: “He refused to take her calls or answer messages, and instead put everything into the hands of his lawyers.
“It’s all been on his terms. He couldn’t wait to tell the world about the paternity test after getting the results.”
The Standard has contacted a representative for Conor Maynard for comment.
His statement in full read: “Today I’ve received the test results which confirm that I am not Penelope's father. I am glad that the speculation can finally be put to an end.

“All I would ask is that people act with kindness in response to this news – there is a child at the heart of all of this and that should not be forgotten.
“I wish Charlotte and her family all the best.”
