Queens Park Rangers forward Charlie Austin has named his all time Liverpool Premier League XI and believes midfielder Thiago was the 'missing piece of the puzzle' for the Reds.
Thiago moved to Anfield from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in 2020 and has already made a significant impact with over 60 appearances in all competitions. So much so, Austin believes the Spain international is worthy of a place in the line-up.
Speaking to talkSPORT, the former Southampton and West Brom striker named seven of the current crop of players in his all time XI. There was also room for legends Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher and Xabi Alonso - as well as Luis Suarez.

He said: "I've gone for Alisson in goal. I think that position had been one of Liverpool's downfalls for many years. Then Trent Alexander-Arnold, Carragher, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson.
"Liverpool's team almost picks itself. I've gone for Thiago, he's phenomenal. For me, I feel like he's the final missing piece of the puzzle for them. Then Gerrard and Alonso.
"Then I've gone Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Suarez."
Some key omissions from the XI include Fernando Torres, Jordan Henderson, Sami Hyypia, Javier Mascherano and Fabinho.
