In what has become an annual tradition for the franchise, the Los Angeles Chargers have compared each of the opposing quarterbacks they’ll face during the 2023 season to Pop-Tarts flavors.
With the Tennessee Titans being one of their opponents, Los Angeles gave quarterback Ryan Tannehill the Pop-Tarts treatment as well, comparing him to the unfrosted blueberry variety.
I have no qualms with blueberry, but couldn’t they at least have given him the frosting? This kind of disrespect should be bulletin board material for the veteran quarterback all season long.
The Titans revealed their 2023 schedule on Thursday night and we now know Tennessee and Los Angeles will meet in Week 2 in Nashville.

These two teams last met in 2022, when the Chargers barely squeaked out a 17-14 victory.
You may also recall that was the game in which Roger McCreary made a sensational play when he assisted an interception by Joshua Kalu after the rookie caught and tossed the ball from out of bounds into Kalu’s hands.
