Chantelle Houghton glows showing off incredible TWO STONE weight loss in crop top

Chantelle Houghton says she is feeling more confident than ever after showing off the results of her two stone weight loss.

The former Big Brother star revealed she put on three stone during lockdown and was “embarrassed” by her bigger size.

This prompted the 38-year-old to book personal training sessions and start living a healthier lifestyle.

And it looks like her hard work has paid off as the reality TV star, who now works for The Body Shop, looks better than ever.

She revealed she had been following the MuscleFood Goal Getters Super Slimmer meal plan which delivers healthy food to your door.

As well as eating better, Chantelle has been having regular PT sessions and has also taken up swimming and boxing.

Speaking to New magazine, she said at one stage she felt “really down” about her weight.

“All of a sudden I just thought ‘How did I get this big?’ With lockdown, I was eating rubbish and not moving as much as I would normally. I was really embarrassed,” Chantelle explained.

But since she lost the weight, which took around four months, she says her confidence is back up and she is even ready to start dating again.

She added: “Not only have I lost nearly two stone, I feel healthier too.”

Chantelle was previously engaged to Michael Strutt, but their romance fizzled out in lockdown and the couple revealed they had split in September 2021.

Before Michael, the mum-of-one was engaged to Katie Price ’s cage fighter ex Alex Reid and the pair share nine-year-old daughter Dolly.

Back when she found fame on Big Brother in 2006, Chantelle tied the knot with her fellow reality TV housemate, Samuel Preston from band the Ordinary Boys.

Just this month she revealed that although the pair divorced after just a year they still remain friends to this day and insists their marriage was “completely real”.

“I loved him wholeheartedly and wanted to marry him. I don’t look at it as a failed marriage because I was 21 and we were in a crazy world back then,” she said.

“We’ve got such special memories together and have inside jokes no one else would get. We text every few months or something like that. We’ll always be friends.”

And although things haven’t worked out in the past, Chantelle still hopes to find love in the future.

The former reality star said she wants to get married again and is dipping her toe back in the dating pool now she has a newfound confidence.
