For over a decade, Tim Lovejoy has presented the food and chat show, Sunday Brunch, on Channel 4, alongside Simon Rimmer. The latest edition of the programme saw Rimmer replaced with Miquita Oliver while James Acaster, Jessie Cave and Majestic were among the guests.
However, much of the discussion surrounding today’s show saw fans poke fun at what Lovejoy was wearing. Donned in all black, with a green tinge to the trousers, the presenter also wore a necklace, prominent against the dark clothing.
The former Soccer AM host couldn’t get away with this trendy new look without people mocking him. Aged 54, many viewers suggested that he’s a man keen to remain youthful in spirit.

The Sunday Brunch Twitter account showcased Tim's clothing in all its glory by posting a video of him hula-hooping during the first ad-break.
On Twitter, Even Fred's Happy said “Tim slaying the post-punk pastor look #SundayBrunch” while demelcy questioned “Wtf is Tim dressed as?? #sundaybrunch.”
Mr.Chambers asked “Is Lovejoy wearing his dad’s old bell bottom flares again?… #SundayBrunch.” Roath Tweeter had a suggestion for how his clothes were chosen: “Don't get dressed in the dark! How big are those trousers? #SundayBrunch.”
ChrisDeityUK chipped in with “What is Tim Lovejoy wearing and why is he having a delayed midlife crisis? #SundayBrunch”, to which Slashdot Dashdot replied “Delayed...it's been 10 years in the making” and SportyCeratops commented “The 6th backstreet boy.” Sir Stefan Funt agreed: “Lovejoy still trying to dress his way out of a midlife crisis, I see.”
Later in the programme, Tim and Miquita welcomed American singer-songwriter Ashe. Viewers seemed to notice that Ashe seemed to take a liking to the male presenter, with Ian Bartlett joking: “#sundaybrunch Tim's pulled must be the outfit.”
