Location, Location, Location’s Phil Spencer brought a couple to tears as he found their dream home in Leeds after months of rejection.
Dave, who is a social researcher and his wife Kinga, who is a civil servant have been struggling to buy the first family home after renting a flat in London for many years.
After having their first child together the pair decided that they wanted to swap the hustle and bustle of London for a more quiet life in Chapel Allerton, Leeds.

Dave admitted: “There are a lot of things about London that we love but we want a home for our family and we want enough space.”
Kinga added: “we want a slower life and being outdoors more.” Leeds was also a special location for the pair as Dave’s brother lived in the city.
However, it hasn’t been smooth sailing as they have been looking for their dream home for over ten months and faced a number of setbacks. Phil pulled out all the stops and had a number of houses ready for the couple to see but it was one particular home they fell in love with.
After expressing how much they wanted this particular home Phil did everything he could to make sure they got their dream home. After some phone calls and negotiating Phil brought the couple to tears as he revealed they had got the house.
The couple couldn’t thank Dave enough for helping them with their life-changing big move as she shared plans to expand their family and try for another baby.
Elsewhere on the show, Kirstie was in full swing as she helped Max put down roots up North to be closer to new partner Dan.
However, she had a real challenge on her hands as he had a long list of demands but not enough in the budget. Many houses later and after a lot of compromising she managed to find him a perfect house to start his new life in Leeds.
