A Place in the Sun host Lee Juggurnauth was left mortified as he failed to impress potential buyers Ash and Anila during Monday's episode.
The week's first instalment of the Channel 4 show saw the presenter joined by the married couple on Spain's Costa Blanca. The pair sought out their dream holiday home, with a budget of £135,000.
Ex-engineer Ash and retired banker Anila wanted a three-bedroom property with a swimming pool that they, their children and grandchildren could all enjoy.

But things were off to a bad start. Property number one was a modern semi-detached three-bedroom villa with a good amount of outside space, private parking and a communal pool.
But Ash and Anila said it was "far too small" for their family to enjoy. A disappointed Lee remained determined to find them a winner, but the next property wasn't big enough either.
Some viewers at home thought the pair may need to raise their budget or lower their expectations. Taking to Twitter, Bill Cameron said: "Maybe they need to abandon the idea of buying in Spain. Spain stopped being absurdly cheap many years ago for anything halfway decent".
Chrissy said: "Guessing they didn't research properties in their price range before coming to Spain". Gemma said: "Not being realistic, there not going to get what they want for their budget" [sic]
