Thursday's instalment of A Place in the Sun saw an "overwhelmed" buyer burst into tears.
Tony and Julie were searching for a holiday home in the Italian coastal town of Trabocchi. With a budget of £170,000, the married couple were looking for an isolated apartment or villa with plenty of character.
Danni Menzes lined up five potential properties for Tony and Julie to view, but things got off to a bad start. The first property was in the middle of a town, with too much going on for the couple.

The second property was just fifty years old, and Tony explicitly stated he did not want a "newbuild". He said the home lacked charm and did not "feel Italian".
Danni, 32, seemed to have nailed it with the fourth villa, though. She showed the couple around a period property she described as "bursting with character".
Julie fell in love with the home before even stepping foot inside. On seeing the views the property looked out on, she burst into tears.
She immediately apologised to Danni, who told her not to worry, adding: "I know how much it means to you guys". Julie said: "Sorry, I'm just getting overwhelmed. It's amazing".
As much as Julie was smitten, the home came with a catch. There were two properties in one, and the landlord offered a deal if the couple wanted to take both.
After looking at two more villas, Tony and Danni said they needed to do more research before making a decision. Later, Danni said the couple were hopeful about the land but hadn't yet got approval to carry out renovations.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
