Channel 4 has said it will not in future work with Dick Strawbridge and wife Angel Andoree from Escape to the Chateau.
The TV channel confirmed it will not be working with Dick and Angel again. The married couple star in three popular shows on Channel 4, Escape to the Chateau and Escape to the Chateau spin-offs Escape to the Chateau DIY and Escape to the Chateau Make Do And Mend, with their kids Dorothy and also Arthur.
The decision reportedly came after an internal review of the situation, according to Deadline, who spoke to insiders and sources from the show. A spokeswoman for Channel 4 said: “Following a review, we have taken the decision not to work with Dick and Angel on any new productions in the future."

Meanwhile, production company Two Rivers Media backed the news, saying: “We can confirm that we will no longer work with Dick and Angel and cannot comment further at the moment.” Escape to the Chateau aired its final season in December, Birmingham Live reports.
At the time, Dick and Angel said it was down to focusing on their kids' childhoods and upbringings going forward.
