It is arguably the toughest show in telly and a fresh bunch of famous faces are set to take it on. Of course, we can only be talking about Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins which is making a much welcome return to Channel 4 on Sunday night (September 4).
Fourteen reality stars, sportspeople and actors will abandon their glamourous lifestyles to take on a series of both physical and mental challenges, being pushed to their limits by the Directing Staff on one of the toughest SAS selection courses in the Jordanian desert.
Love Island, Strictly Come Dancing and EastEnders stars are amongst those brave enough to attempt to pass the notoriously difficult test but it's all for a good cause as they've signed up to help raise money and awareness for Channel 4's cancer initiative, Stand Up to Cancer, with Cancer Research UK.

The new series kicks of tonight (Sunday) at 9pm on Channel 4. And here's who will be trying to follow in the footsteps of last series' winners singer Alexandra Burke, Welsh Paralympian Aled Davies and former Love Island star Wes Nelson.
Former 2019 Love Island winner Amber Rose Gill is part of the brand new line-up alongside former EastEnders actress Maisie Smith who played Tiffany Butcher and appeared as a contestant on Strictly in 2020.
Former footballer Ashley Cain , who reality TV fans may recognise from Ex On the Beach will also take part in the military exercises for the all-important cause after losing his daughter, Azaylia Cain, at just eight-month-old after she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukaemia.
Former TOWIE co-star Pete Wicks and Ferne McCann , Olympic sprinter Dwain Chambers , taekwondo Olympic gold medallist Jade Jones , javelin Olympic gold medallist Fatima Whitbread , boxer Shannon Courtenay and Paralympic high jumper Jonathan Broom-Edwards have all also igned up for the new series.
Ex-Brookside actress Jennifer Ellison , TV personality Calum Best , former Strictly Come Dancing professional AJ Pritchard and brother, Love Island star Curtis Pritchard complete the 2022 line-up.
Chief Instructor Rudy Reyes will also once again be joined by his team of Directing Staff - Jason Fox, Mark Billingham, and Remi Adeleke - as they challenge the celebrities like never before.
