A Place in the Sun host Jasmine Harman was forced to give an unimpressed buyer a "reality check" during Thursday's episode.
The latest instalment of the property hunting programme saw Jasmine on hand to help clergyman Ken find his forever home in Larnaca, Cyprus. Having retired, Ken wants to move closer to his Cypriot friends.
With a large family who will be visiting often, Ken was looking for somewhere with enough space to accommodate them. He brought his friend Katie along to help with the search.

But things got off to a shaky start, with Ken taken aback at what his £80,000 budget would afford him. Jasmine explained three-bedroom apartments in Larnaca usually start at around £110,000.
Ken said he realised "one has to compromise" and said that two bedrooms "would probably suffice", and the first property he saw was a two-bedroom penthouse apartment, on the market for just over £84,000.
It had a communal pool, a balcony, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area, but Ken was not impressed. He said he is used to living in a detached property, and is used to having "my own space".
Walking into the apartment, he said it was "dark and small". Jasmine said she was starting to get worried about "managing Ken's expectations". She added: "Don't forget, the weather is so lovely for most of the year, you're going to be mostly living outside".
She urged Ken to look around to "get a good idea of what [his] money would buy him in Cyprus". Talking to viewers she added: "I'm getting worried".
Jasmine said she felt it was a great property in a great location for the budget, adding that Ken had had a "reality check".
