Champions League qualifying draw: TV, live stream & Rangers' potential opponents

It's that time of year again.

The qualification rounds for UEFA's competitions is about to ramp up as the season edges closer.

It's just three weeks until the start of the domestic season in Scotland.

And so, qualifiers for Scotland's representatives in the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League are also just around the corner.

Rangers will be aiming to make it back-to-back appearances in the Champions League, having qualified last year under Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

Michael Beale's side will enter the third qualifying round, just as they did last term.

Here are all of the details you need to know about the Champions League third round qualifying draw.

When is the Champions League third qualifying round draw?

The draw for the third round of Champions League qualifying will be held today -Monday, July 24.

It will begin at 11am UK time.

The draw will take place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

Is the Champions League draw on TV and can I live stream it?

The draw is not due to be shown live on TV.

Broadcasters TNT Sport have not listed the event in their schedule.

However, the draw will be free to watch via UEFA's website and social media channels, such as YouTube.

Who could Rangers face in the Champions League draw?

Well, Rangers are seeded for this round of the draw. So, in theory, they should be handed a favourable tie.

They're seeded alongside Braga, PSV, and Marseille. Rangers, and all of these other teams are on the 'League Path'. None of these teams can face each other at this stage.

However, Sturm Graz of Austria and Serbian outfit TSC are two potential unseeded opponents.

The other two unseeded teams have yet to be decided. The winners of the ties between Servette and Genk and Dnipro-1 and Panathinaikos will also be unseeded and therefore potential opponents for Rangers.

When will the third qualifying games be played?

The first leg will be played on 8/9 August.

The second leg will be held a week later on 15 August
