Champions League Final pitch invader Kinsey Wolanski discovers punishment

Kinsey Wolanski has reportedly been handed a fine for running onto the pitch during the Champions League final in Madrid.

The match between Liverpool and Tottenham had to be halted after Wolanski jumped over the advertising hoardings and sprinted across the Wanda Metropolitano pitch wearing a black swimsuit.

The model later revealed that the stunt was to promote Vitaly Uncensored, an adult website run by her boyfriend and Youtuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy.

Wolansky, who performed the stunt with the website's name on her swimsuit, was arrested by police before being later released.

And Marca report that the 22-year-old has now received further punishment for her antics and has been handed a €15,000 (£13,278) fine.

According to the Spanish publication, the fee constitutes a €5,000 (£4,426) fine from UEFA for running onto the pitch and a €10,000 (£8,852) penalty from police for illegally advertising her boyfriend's website.

However, it is believed that the sum is a very small one in context, with some reports claiming that the stunt gave the website around £3 million worth of free advert revenue.

Wolansky also saw her profile rise as a result of the stunt, with her Instagram page growing from 300,000 followers to 2.4 million before it was taken down.

The incident took place during the first half of a the European final, which was won by Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp's side weren't at their best but took an early lead through a Mohamed Salah penalty after Moussa Sissoko was judged to have handled the ball in the Spurs area within the opening minute.

Substitute Divock Origi then added a second goal late on to ensure victory for the Reds.

It was the sixth time the club have won the European competition and their first piece of silverware under Klopp.
