It’s been a busy summer for the Boston Celtics. Fan favorites Marcus Smart and Grant Williams are no longer with the team, while former All-Star Kristaps Porzingis is being welcomed into the fold. The team inked Jaylen Brown to a new supermax extension while quietly restocking the cupboard for possible moves down the road.
Even though things may look a little different next year, the ’23-24 Celtics are poised to once again make a deep postseason run. Yes, the head coach is still young and relatively untested. And the roster configuration will take time to gel and find the right rhythm. But with two All-NBA forwards at the helm, the general consensus suggests Boston will be right there in the mix again next season.
