While it is not the policy of the team to disclose terms, MassLive’s Brian Robb reported the contract will be for two years at the veteran’s minimum. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported the second year will be a team option.

The 6-foot-7 swingman has played in 172 NBA games (starting 43) with the Toronto Raptors and Indiana Pacers.

Last season, Brissett played in 65 games with the Pacers and averaged 6.1 points and 3.4 rebounds in 16.7 minutes per game. He has career averages of 7.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 19.2 minutes per contest. He scored a season-high 18 points against the Orlando Magic on Nov. 21, including a season-high-tying four 3-pointers.

Brissett signed with the Raptors as a free agent in 2019 and played 19 games during his rookie season with Toronto.
