Celtics’ Jayson Tatum ‘has been playing at an All-NBA level’ in Boston’s second-half resurgence, per ESPN’s Dave McMenamin

“(Jayson Tatum) has been playing at an All-NBA level,” said ESPN senior writer Dave McMenamin on a recent episode of the “Hoops Collective” podcast in a segment where they dialed in on the Boston Celtics‘ surprising second-half resurgence as a topic of conversation.

“We should probably talk about the Celtics have been,” agreed co-host Tim Bontemps, citing how the Atlantic Division team has performed against some of the better teams in the league’s Eastern Conference. “You’ve got these two teams here (in the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers) … I think there’s a good chance the Celtics might be better than those teams.”

As Boston continues to find ways to win whether the opponent in front of them is the might Nets or the lowly Detroit Pistons, more and more analysts are starting to buy in to the team as a serious playoff team come April.

Check out the clip embedded above to hear all of their thoughts on Boston’s recent play in full.
