Celtic are willing to listen to January transfer offers for fringe star Stephen Welsh, according to reports.
The 22-year-old is down the pecking order at the Scottish champions with Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt the preferred starting duo. Moritz Jenz has been deputy while Yuki Kobayashi has also recently arrived from the J-League to provide further options and competition at the heart of the Hoops' backline.
Sky Sports report that Ange Postecoglou is a fan of the stopper, but understands his needs and desire to be playing regular first-team football with interest coming from clubs in both Europe and the MLS. French side Toulouse made a move for the defender in the summer that was knocked back by the Parkhead side.

Udinese in Serie A have also previously been interested in the defender but they now seem to be focussed on landing Hibs and Scotland international Ryan Porteous. His contract expires at Easter Road in the summer and he can discuss a pre-contract.
There is expected to be more ins and outs at Celtic this month with three deals already signed and sealed. Alistair Johnston and Tomoki Iwata have joined Kobayashi in signing contracts at the club.
Josip Juranovic and Giorgos Giakoumakis could be big name departures this month with both attracting transfer interest.
Both arrived last summer in 2.5million deals from Legia Warsaw and VVV-Venlo - but they now appear to be heading for the exit door.
