With the title wrapped up, Celtic are coasting their way to the final day of the season when they can start the party, but there is the matter of St Mirren to come and it holds more weight than expected.
A disappointing 3-0 defeat to Rangers last time out has left Ange Postecoglou's side in the rare position of looking to bounce back from a defeat, with the loss at Ibrox just their second all season. And as the Scottish Cup final against Inverness edges closer, Celtic will be looking to strike a positive run of form in the build-up to their Hampden showdown.
St Mirren are up against the odds in their bid for European football, with the Celts, Aberdeen and Rangers all still to come, but Stephen Robinson's Buddies will be determined to put up a fight as they look to catch up to Hibs and Hearts as they sit three points behind the former.
But Postecoglou's men will be determined to right their wrongs from their defeat in Govan and give the fans something to cheer in their penultimate home clash of the campaign.
